Role Summary

The Customer Service Advisor & Sales Administrator serves as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and provides administrative support to the commercial and sales teams. The role combines customer service, customer relationship management, CRM administration, sales support, and bid/tender preparation.

Responsibilities

Showroom Reception and Customer Advisory

  • Welcome and receive all walk-in showroom customers professionally.
  • Create a positive and premium first impression for visitors.
  • Understand customer needs and provide initial vehicle and product information.
  • Direct customers to appropriate Sales Executives.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with showroom prospects.
  • Maintain customer engagement throughout the sales process.

Sales Administration and CRM Management

  • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure accurate logging of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing bid documents and tender submissions.
  • Support the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and corporate proposals.
  • Prepare documentation for vehicle supply and maintenance contracts.
  • Maintain records of sales administration workflows.
  • Manage vehicle specifications and pricing documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and management teams.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Front Desk experience
  • Customer-facing role with administrative responsibilities
  • Automobile industry experience (preferred)
  • CRM system experience (preferred)
