About the Company: ChapChap is a leading provider of digital financial solutions with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer support to our valued clients. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking highly motivated Customer Support Interns to join our team.

Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in customer support are welcome to submit their application for an internship. The internship is for six months with renewal opportunities; it provides transport money and staff meals.

Specification for Applicants:
· Ability to effectively communicate in Luganda and English
· Proven good writing and general communication skills
· Evidence of academic excellence (copies of academic transcripts)
· Willingness and availability to start the internship by or before the 2nd week of August 2023
· Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
· Computer literacy (e.g. simple computer data analysis, google docs, excel, etc)

. Interested candidates should be commuting from or around Namugongo.
