Responsibilities or duties

• Overall sales trend monitoring: Tracking sales data (SI, ST, SO - likely stock-in, sellthrough, sell-out) across various channels.
• Performance analysis: Analyzing the performance of specific shops, distributors, and internal teams.
• Reporting: Creating reports and interactive dashboards, often using tools like Power BI or advanced Excel functions, for daily reporting and management review.
• System implementation and training: Assisting with the implementation of new systems and providing training to team members (e.g., DCR system).
• Process improvement: Evaluating existing business processes to identify areas for optimization or automation.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• A minimum of a diploma in business and marketing-related studies. A degree or higher is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, prospecting and closing skills
• Good presentation skills

Experience needed

• At least 2(two) years of working experience in sales/marketing
