Brookside Limited, is the manufacturer of Fresh Dairy milk and milk products, a heritage brand in Uganda. Brookside’s vision is to be the market leader in East and Central Africa for milk and milk products and be the benchmark in the industry in Africa. Our operations are focused in the processing of safe quality milk and milk products that meets the customer requirements. As we continue to grow and uphold our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Inventory team in the following role:

Position: Data Clerk.

Department: Finance & Administration.

Reports To: Inventory Supervisor.

Roles and Duties:

  • Carry out invoicing and billing on a daily basis.
  • Enter returns in the system accurately and correctly as required.
  • Process reservations whenever required and must be approved by the section head manager.
  • Balance orders accordingly following work instructions.
  • Balance stock before commencing delivery of daily tasks and after delivery of tasks.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to you by your immediate supervisor from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • A candidate must hold a at least a UACE certificate, a Diploma in business administration from a recognized college will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a FMCG.

  • Integrity
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and result orientated
  • Good interpersonal skills/ analytical, problem-solving and creative work approach.
  • Must possess good customer-care skills.
