Background:
Bondrich Advisory Group Ltd is hiring a Demand Planner to develop accurate demand forecasts, drive consensus planning with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain operations to achieve service level, cost, and inventory optimization objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop statistical forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.
- Lead demand review meetings with sales, marketing, and finance to align on consensus forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supply planning to balance demand with capacity and inventory.
- Track and analyse demand drivers, promotional impacts, and new product launches.
- Prepare monthly demand planning reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by providing insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve forecasting methods and planning tools.
- Partner with key stakeholders to manage risks of overstocking or stock-outs.
- Maintain master data accuracy for forecasting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain.
