Role Overview & Scope
The Deputy Site Manager / Mechanical Engineer oversees the safe, reliable, and compliant execution of maintenance contracts specializing in Fired Heaters and Annulus Gas Compressors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Direct daily site operations and provide hands-on leadership to technical crews.
- Work Coordination: Schedule and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure timeline compliance.
- Site Administration: Review timesheets, deliver daily toolbox talks, and maintain accurate progress reporting.
Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline with relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
