Key Responsibilities:
- Governance & Strategy:
- Coordinate governance structures for strategic alignment of Digital Transformation Strategy (DTS) implementation.
- Capacity Building:
- Strengthen stakeholder capacity to advance regional digital transformation.
- Partnerships:
- Foster collaborations through stakeholder engagement and annual forums.
- Investment Mobilization:
- Develop bankable project proposals for Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to scale DTS with private sector involvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, ICT Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years in senior advisory roles for digital transformation projects (international context).
- Expertise in policy/regulatory frameworks for digital transformation in East Africa.
