A premium client in the Telecom sector is searching for High Performing Talent to meet the growing needs in the Retail Sales and distribution function of the business. The key positions include:

Direct Sales Executives (17)

Key Areas of Focus and Job Scope

  • New Client acquisition,
  • Client & Merchant Relationship Building
  • Revenue Growth and sales target achievement
  • Product and Service Promotions,
  • Market Intelligence
  • Complaint Resolution
  • Market Penetration & Share growth

The selected candidates shall collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction while managing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven abilities in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Networking
  • Experience in Business Development and Market Research
  • Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is an advantage
