Application forms can be obtainable from the offices of the Secretaries of the Service Commissions nationwide, Public Service Commission or downloaded from the website
Applicants should copies of National IDs, three (3) sets of filled application forms(PSC Form3), three sets of copies of CERTIFIED academic certificates, transcripts, up to date appraisal forms and other relevant documents plus three (3) colored passport size photographs.
