Contracts & Compliance:
Validate rig contract invoices and lead Service Quality Meetings.
Innovation & Training:
Propose tech/digital innovations and operational optimizations.
Train personnel and improve team competencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum BSc Degree or equivalent.
Certifications:
WCF Level 4 (surface & subsea).
Chain of Command (Superintendent level) and T-BOP (TotalEnergies internal).
Experience:
15+ years in oil/gas industry, including 3+ years as DCSI on development projects.
Onshore drilling experience preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of drilling/safety policies, multicultural adaptability.
