HR Beyond Limits is hiring a Driver (Heavy Goods Vehicle) to safely operate company vehicles, ensure routine checks and maintenance, comply with traffic regulations, maintain cleanliness and records, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily check of mechanical condition of the vehicle assigned to be driven and report any mechanical fault immediately to the supervisor
  • Drive any company car as instructed by the management according to the driver’s license card.
  • Follow all traffic regulations and ensure the driver’s license is valid at all times and renew before expiry date.
  • Ensure all vehicles driven are in good condition and meet all traffic laws as per The Traffic and Road Safety Act, 1998 (Amendment) Act, 2018
  • Ensure the vehicles driven are clean at all times.
  • Display discipline on the road and to the passengers driven in order to maintain the company’s image.
  • Keep daily mileage reports and submit them to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the cars assigned to be driven are always fueled and make requests for fuel when they about to run out.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a valid driving license with heavy goods vehicle (HGV) class i.e. (CE, D1, D, De)
  • Ability to read and understand delivery notes and transport documentation.
  • Physically fit, capable of covering long working hours, can communicate, discipline and integrity.
  • Must have 5 years’ experience as a professional driver
  • Knowledge of local and international traffic regulations.
