Background

Twyford Impex (U) Ltd, part of a leading international group in ceramic tiles and sanitary ware, is looking for a responsible and professional Driver to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload company merchandise safely
  • Ensure accurate completion of all delivery-related paperwork
  • Transport products, materials, and staff safely to designated locations
  • Ensure safety and security of passengers, goods and vehicle at all times
  • Provide courteous and professional support when interacting with clients
  • Ensure timely transportation as directed by supervisors or management
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) at all times
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
  • Identify and report mechanical or electrical faults promptly
  • Report any accidents, incidents or damages immediately
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil checks, battery checks, refueling)
  • Maintain proper records, including maintenance receipts and logs
  • Keep an accurate travel log (routes, time and working hours)
  • Support additional tasks such as errands, pickups and deliveries when required
  • Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations
  • Handle tolls and other vehicle-related requirements
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards
  • Be available for special duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school certificate and above
  • Proven experience as a company or professional driver
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
