Job Purpose
To support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules—especially Accounting, Finance, and related business processes—while bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Implementation Support
- Assist in setting up and configuring ERP modules (Accounts, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Participate in requirement gathering and process mapping with clients.
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Accounting & Finance Process Support
- Translate financial and accounting requirements into ERP workflows.
- Configure Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, and Financial Statements.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices within ERP.
- User Training and Support
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
- Provide first-level support to end users on ERP features and functionalities.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Document business processes, configuration steps, and client feedback.
- Prepare implementation progress reports.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with ERP new features and community updates.
- Contribute ideas for improving implementation efficiency and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business process automation.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and bookkeeping.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy mindset.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ERPNext and Zoho Books is an added advantage (training can be provided).

- Passion for business systems and digital transformation.
- Problem-solving and client engagement skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Willingness to learn technical aspects (basic SQL, data import, workflows).
