Background information about the job or company:

The Education Advisor CPD development and roll-out will be responsible for co-developing, in close consultation with universities, the content and teaching & learning materials of a short, qualifying course for secondary school leaders to increase effective leadership practices. Furthermore, the Education Advisor CPD development and roll-out will assess the capacity development needs of the partnering universities and, where relevant, design and implement capacity development trajectories that ensure partners are able to deliver the content of the short, qualifying course for school leaders.
