JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns.
• Testing: Conduct electrical tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, inspections, and repairs.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other technicians, engineers, and tradespeople.

Qualifications:
• National Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a reputable company.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuit theory, wiring diagrams, and electrical codes.
• Practical skills in electrical installation and repair.
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment and tools.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in electrical safety or maintenance.
• Experience with specific electrical systems or equipment (e.g., HVAC, industrial controls).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
