Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Enrolled Nurse, Midwife, or Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at a busy drug shop in Seeta. The ideal candidate should possess strong dispensing skills, a good understanding of therapeutic treatments, and a commitment to providing quality customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medicines accurately in accordance with prescriptions and established guidelines.
  • Advise clients on the safe and appropriate use of medications.
  • Provide basic healthcare guidance and therapeutic treatment recommendations within the scope of practice.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Keep accurate records of dispensed medications and inventory.
  • Ensure the drug shop complies with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma as an Enrolled Nurse, Midwife, or Pharmacy Assistant.
  • Good knowledge of medicines, dispensing procedures, and therapeutic treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a drug shop or pharmacy is an added advantage.

Benefits

  • Salary: UGX 200,000–250,000 per month.
  • Daily allowance.
  • Simple basic accommodation provided.
