JOB DETAILS:

Overall, Job Purpose:
• To ensure that CRSU estates are functioning optimally and are in a good state of rept Devel, implement and monitor stat systems and ensure proper functioning and an excel state of repair of all CORSU buldings, ties coupment, accessories, grounds, walkways and other related installations. Oversongs maintenance infrastructure development, and maintenance services.
• He/she should analyze other infrastructure improvement requirements and provide reports to ensure effective and officient delivery of the maintenance services
• Planning and executing the overall site property management servicing and provision of the necessary technical support and advice on a wide range of mators.
• Monitor and oversee estates mater CORSU construction sites, purchases of hospital equipment, installation and commissioning of technical coupment, energy and utty for the effective and efficient running of the hospital.

Key Result Areas
Academic & Professionals
• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related Qualification
• A certificate of training in project management or public administration

Experience
• 3 years of professional experience
• A certification in maintenance, construction, infrastructural setups, energy and machine auditing, and project management and business design concept shall be an
