Profile
• Previous experience with catering/hospitality industry
• minimum of 5 years
• Previous experience in international menu designing Good knowledge of computer application word and excel,
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Results oriented
• Customer oriented
• Experience in Chinese and Asian cuisines as well as continental dishes

Duties and responsibilities
Oversees and liaises with quality control to maintain haccp , food safety hygiene requirement throughout food
Operations
• Liaises with sanitation department on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen units
• Controls operations and ensures that there is no food Wastage
• Maintain and improve on food costs (profits
