Expression Of Interest For The Supply Of Hp Laptops, Monitors And Accessories tender at TotalEnergies EP Uganda

Scope of Work:

The selected CONTRACTOR shall demonstrate the ability to hold buffer stock specifically for the COMPANY against supply shocks and seasonal demand peaks. Interested parties shall require an in-depth understanding of how to cushion the COMPANY against any breakdown in supply and seasonal demand peaks underlining during the Call for Tender process with a minimum of three (3) years of experience. For purposes of the EOI and prequalification process, interested parties shall demonstrate the following minimum requirements:

1. Experience in managing framework contracts

2. Working with multiple stakeholders in the private and public sectors

3. Ability to hold stocks equivalent for 90 days

4. Ability to hold buffer stock against breakdown in supply and seasonal demand of the required models

5. Demonstrated HP partnership or authorisation

6. Financial capacity to deliver the services required

7. Current valid registration to, or application to, the PAU National Supplier Database for the year 2026

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites HP authorized partners ("CONTRACTOR") to express their interest in supplying HP laptops as per further description below:

Context

COMPANY procures specific equipment from the identified global equipment provider Hewlett Packard (HP) and requires an in-country HP Gold and Platinum Business Partner to hold stock in bulk given reasonable estimates volumes. The provision of IT equipment and accessories will be based on negotiated company catalogue prices from Hewlett Packard (HP).

Minimum Requirement

In order to manage the supply chain risk, the COMPANY requires a frame agreement for the delivery of IT Equipment and accessories with authorised partners who will charge a margin which is a percentage of the approved price, to hold minimum stock to act as a buffer against supply shocks, seasonal demand peaks and any breakdown in supply.

EOI Participation

Interested parties shall express their interest by submitting an email request to ep.prequalification-ugp@totalenergies.com on or before 25th March 2026, no later than 14:00 hrs (GMT+3) requesting for the prequalification questionnaire for the aforementioned services.

Interested parties shall:

i. Quote in the subject line: "EOI Ref No: PR 10460817 – Supply of HP Laptops, Monitors and Accessories".
ii. Provide the details of the participating company name and physical address, contact person including a phone and email contact.

Following receipt of the EOI email request, COMPANY shall register the interested parties on its e-sourcing platform ARBA. All prequalified & eventual tender process shall be conducted on this platform. Please note that ARBA will accept individual attachments and compressed folders (zip) not exceeding 150MB per document uploaded. Documents may be split up to meet this system requirement.

Note: Only shortlisted prequalified bidders will be contacted in furtherance of the Call for Tender process.
