EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF CASING WHILE DRILLING EQUIPMENT FOR TILENGA CA-1 & LA-2 NORTH DEVELOPMENT DRILLING CAMPAIGN

TotalEnergies EP UGANDA (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the supply of Casing while Drilling Equipment for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Development Drilling Campaign in Uganda.
Brief Description of the Scope of Services:
COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the supply of Casing while Drilling Equipment (CwD since Bit, Float Collar, Top & Bottom Plug Set) to set vertical drilling under the Tilenga drilling campaign which currently includes a 10 %* casing set in a 14 %* Oil section. The 10 %* Casing while Drilling campaign (bench drilling in each well pad) is planned to start linearly January 2026, with a total of approximately 50 wells.
Following requirements are to be demonstrated:

Casing while Drilling Equipment technology with field proven experience.

Organisational, Technical, Financial, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements to set-up and provide the above-mentioned equipment, compliant with industry & COMPANY standards.
the ongoing development drilling operations. The company/entity shall comply with COMPANY’s technical requirements to perform the operations efficiently.
Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience in supply of Casing while Drilling equipment for an international oil company or major operator.

The supplier to be approved and qualified by TotalEnergies QA0c.

Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

Current registration to, or application to be registered to, the National Supplier Database for the year 2025.

Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel having substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.

Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.

Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environmental policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.
