PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EXECUTION OF SUPPLY
MOTA-ENGIL UGANDA (MEUG) entity registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, with activity in Engineering and Construction, invites interested companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of different categories of materials to the projects it has in Uganda such as Tilenga Projects (Oil & Gas).
Type of Materials
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s)
- Stationery
- Acetylene and Oxygen gases
- Equipment Spare Parts
- Tyres
- Cleaning Products
1. NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION
Companies interested in this call must submit their EOI to participate in the procurement process for the supply of different categories of materials by sending the following mandatory documentation:
1.1. Legal documentation
a) Supplier activity certificate
b) Tax Registration
c) Company Structure and Board Members
d) Address, telephone number and email address
e) Power of attorney to represent the company
2. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Companies interested in this call must submit their EOI by sending all the requested documentation to the following email address:
eoi.procurement@mota-engil.ug
3. IMPORTANT
a) The e-mail to be sent must identify the object of the Public Offer Announcement of the option chosen.
b) MEUG will carry out an evaluation of the documentation requested above and, if it meets the requirements, it will move on to the next step of due diligence and compliance. Only after completing and validating the due diligence and compliance process MEUG will include the supplier in the list of potential suppliers.
