About the client:
Our client in a dynamic and fast‑growing bottling operation is seeking a Factory Operations Manager to lead production activities, ensure consistent output, and drive operational excellence across the plant. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced FMCG environments and can balance efficiency, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor resource utilization, minimize waste, and optimize machine performance.
- Lead and motivate production staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Prepare daily production reports and KPI dashboards for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or beverage production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands‑on experience with PET preforms and blowing machines is a must.
- Strong knowledge of bottling machinery and production planning tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
