The Farm is a growing enterprise specializing in broiler chicken farming, currently managing 20,000 birds with a vision to double this capacity by the end of the year. To support our expansion, we are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Job Summary:
The Farm Manager will oversee the entire poultry farm operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality poultry production. The role requires hands-on management, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily farm operations, including feeding, health monitoring, and biosecurity measures.
• Manage and supervise farm staff, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
• Monitor poultry growth rates and implement best farming practices for maximum yield.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate procurement of poultry feeds, vaccines, and other farm inputs.
• Maintain farm records and generate reports for management.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profits.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a commercial poultry farm.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of poultry health management and biosecurity protocols.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
