Description

Turaco is hiring energetic and driven Field Sales Agents to join our team for a 6-month assignment, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will be at the forefront of introducing and selling an innovative insurance product to potential customers. The position is primarily field-based, with occasional work at our partner offices. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and are motivated by performance-based rewards, we encourage you to apply.

Type: 6-month assignment (with possibility of extension)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the insurance product through direct engagement with potential customers in the field.
  • Collaborate with our partner’s sales team during field activities and at branch locations.
  • Clearly explain product benefits and enrollment details to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
  • Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market insights.
  • Attend training and performance coaching sessions as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in field sales (insurance, financial products, or FMCG strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel and operate in diverse field environments.
  • Digital literacy, including the use of work tools for reporting and communication.
