JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will oversee general ledger monitoring and security to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the daily supervision of the Finance function and ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial records and interpretation to management.
• Support top management in finance, strategy, and related functions of the Bank.
• Provide support in meeting business revenue targets, minimizing costs, and maximizing profitability through timely and accurate performance reports.
• Be responsible for the preparation of annual budgets under the guidance and supervision of top management.
• Supervise continuous review of the Bank’s strategy and budget against performance and benchmark to align to market changes with local and international markets.
• Develop detailed and accurate financial and management reports reflecting the true activities of the Bank on a periodic basis as required by relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory statements/reports.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Business-related fields from a recognized institution.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of finance management experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
• Prior experience in managerial roles is an added advantage.
• Proven and extensive track record in dealing with financial management and regulatory reporting.
• Highly organized person, with the ability to multitask.
