Role Purpose

Manage financial systems ensuring compliance with donor regulations and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accounting records and internal controls.
  • Manage grant financial compliance.
  • Support audits and financial reviews.
  • Process payments and payroll.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or ACCA preferred.
  • 5+ years NGO financial management experience.
