REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of A Diploma or a University Degree.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients to sell insurance products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team
