Sokoni Africa Limited is on the lookout for skilled Fine Dining Waiters to elevate our guests’ dining experiences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well cared for. Your expertise in fine dining will contribute to creating a warm, elegant atmosphere, while your attention to detail will ensure a memorable meal for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a pleasant dining ambiance
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and assist guests with their selections
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and grace
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to needs during the meal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow health and safety regulations in food service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fine Dining Waiter in a high-end restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service and wine pairing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
