Sokoni Africa Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience while managing staff efficiently. Your leadership and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining the high standards of service that we are known for.
Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service quality
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table assignments, and staff schedules
Ensure that all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and meet quality standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in menu planning and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operation
Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, inventory, and staff performance metrics
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a fine dining setting
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
