Job Summary:

To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or room service, ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar staff.
  • Manage table reservations and seating.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor service quality and train new F&B staff.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in an F&B service role, with supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
