Description

Nexia Uganda is hiring a Front Desk Assistant that will act ​as the primary point of contact for the firm, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation of the firm. Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, and manage courier services. Assist with meeting scheduling and logistical support.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • At least a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Office Productivity software (Zoho Workplace, Office 365, etc).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the firm.
  • Manage front desk operations.
  • Welcome visitors.
  • Handle phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation of the firm.
  • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage courier services.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and logistical support.
  • Proficiency in Office Productivity software (Zoho Workplace, Office 365, etc).
