Role Summary:

Our client, a reputable educational institution with over 20 years of dedicated service, seeks to recruit competent and experienced Front Desk Officers/Secretaries. The Front Desk Officer/Secretary will manage front office operations, handle inquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office and reception services.
  • Handle inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office logistics, appointments, and meetings.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, parents, and students.
  • Support admissions and student registration processes.
  • Assist with correspondence, typing, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support the school's communication and public relations efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
