Job Summary:

To serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing general assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage the check-in/check-out process.
  • Process reservations via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle guest payments and inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Qualifications:

  • Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
