Job Summary:
To serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing general assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Process reservations via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle guest payments and inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Qualifications:
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
