- Job Summary: To oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and exceptional guest service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Office Associates and their activities.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage room allocations and monitor availability.
- Train new front desk staff and ensure standards are met.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in a front office role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
