  • Job Summary: To oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and exceptional guest service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise Front Office Associates and their activities.
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Manage room allocations and monitor availability.
    • Train new front desk staff and ensure standards are met.
  • Qualifications:
    • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Proven experience in a front office role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
