Background information about the job or company:

Streamline Health Tech is looking for a Graduate Intern – Customer Success (Finance) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Technical teams to support clients in effectively using the Stre@mline Finance Module. You will gain hands-on experience in financial workflows, client training, and system support while contributing to improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities or duties:

  • Learn and understand the full Stre@mline System, with particular focus on the Finance Module and its linkages to other modules.
  • Support the Customer Success Team in conducting user training sessions for new and existing clients on Finance features such as billing, receipts, payments, and reporting.
  • Provide user support to clients on the Finance Module and its related workflows.
  • Record client feedback, recurring challenges, and training outcomes for internal reporting.
  • Collaborate with both the Customer Success and Technical Teams during client visits and support engagements.
  • Participate in follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction after training or support sessions.

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp new systems quickly and apply knowledge to real-world client scenarios.
