We are seeking a sharp and ethical graduate to join our Procurement department. The trainee will support the sourcing and purchasing functions, ensuring that the company acquires quality materials and services at the best value. This role provides exposure to supplier management, negotiation, and contract administration.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers.
  • Help maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers for pricing and terms.
  • Assist in tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Must be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum of a Second Upper Degree.
  • A credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
