Graduate Trainee – Production job at Movit Products Limited

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Production team. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and production planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the end-to-end production process in a leading FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Support the production team in meeting daily and monthly targets.
• Help in identifying and resolving basic production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Ensure adherence to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in maintaining production records and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum of a Second Upper Degree.
• A credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.
