We are excited to announce an opening for a Grants and Business Development Coordinator at PEAS Uganda. This role is integral to helping us expand access to quality secondary education across Africa. Key Details:
• Location: Kampala, Uganda, with minimal travel
• Role: Grants management (90%) and business development (10%)
• Reporting to: Country Director
• Compensation: Specialist Grade

As the Grants and Business Development Coordinator, you will lead grant reporting, manage donor relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities in Uganda. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality reporting and build partnerships that enable PEAS to continue providing life-changing education to students from underserved communities.

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Development, or Social Sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grant management and fundraising in an NGO setting
• Strong project management skills and donor relations experience
