We're looking for a fast-moving graphic designer who lives at the intersection of traditional design skills and AI-powered creative tools. You'll be producing scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple brands.
Responsibilities or duties
Design high-converting static and video ad creatives for Meta campaigns on tight turnarounds. Use AI image generation and editing tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Flux, etc.) to rapidly produce polished, on-trend visuals. Refine AI-generated outputs with manual design work in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva Pro — no obvious AI artifacts or "uncanny valley" results. Deliver multiple creative variations for A/B testing. Adapt quickly to new briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback.
Qualifications or requirements
- Proven experience designing Meta ad creatives (share your portfolio or examples)
- Hands-on proficiency with at least 2–3 AI image/design tools and a strong understanding of prompt engineering
- Strong foundational design skills — typography, layout, color, and composition
- Ability to turn around ad concepts within 24–48 hours
- An eye for what's currently performing on Meta — you scroll, you study, you know what converts
- Comfortable working asynchronously with minimal hand-holding
Experience needed
Job will begin with minimal hours and be increased based on progress.

Bonus: Experience with short-form video/motion graphics for Reels placements. Familiarity with direct-response and e-commerce ad creative best practices.
