Mitsumi Distribution, a well-established and leading technology solutions provider in Kampala, Uganda, is actively seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Professional to enhance our dynamic team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing significant new B2B opportunities for HP PCs, printers, and supplies in the Ugandan market.
- Building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Conducting detailed needs assessments and expertly presenting bespoke HP PC and print solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Managing the complete sales cycle efficiently and professionally, from initial lead generation through to successful deal closure.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience within the technology sector in Uganda, with a track record of consistent success.
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of HP's full range of commercial PCs, laptops, printers, and printing supplies.
- Demonstrated capability in driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, advanced negotiation, and superior client relationship management skills.
- A highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
