Role Overview
As an HR Coordinator, you will manage various HR functions critical to our operations. You'll recruit and screen candidates while working closely with the Managing Director in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Location: Kabowa
  • Reports To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  2. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  3. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  4. Schedule or administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees.
  5. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and other related fields.
  • No required experience.
  • Required Skills: Speaking, Reading Comprehension, Critical Thinking, Monitoring, Coordination.
  • Required Knowledge Areas: Personnel and Human Resources, Administrative, Administration and Management, Customer and Personal Service.
