Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment processes including advert placement, scheduling interviews, and preparing shortlists.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by validating attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1 year of HR internship/experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HR ethics.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
