Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating recruitment processes including advert placement, scheduling interviews, and preparing shortlists.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Support payroll preparation by validating attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 year of HR internship/experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HR ethics.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
