JOB OPPORTUNITY – Health, Safety, and Environment Officer
GETS Technical Services is inviting qualified and competent candidates to apply for the position of:
HSE Officer
Project Location: Buliisa District
Close: 09/03/2026
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas or construction projects
- Good knowledge of HSE regulations and site compliance requirements
- Strong reporting and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor site HSE compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions
- Implement and enforce safety policies
- Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
