Donswift is hiring a Head Chef for a client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Prepare premium steak dishes and oversee all kitchen operations.
  • Manage inventory, portion control, and maintain food quality standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff while ensuring hygiene compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a diploma in culinary arts.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen; steak experience preferred.
  • Strong cooking, leadership, and time-management skills.
