The Head of Flight Operations reports to the Accountable Manager on day-to-day operations and AOC protocols. This role is responsible for Flight Operations Performance, Control of Flight Operations, and the establishment and monitoring of Operational Standards for all aircraft operated by the airline. As a Post Holder, the Head of Flight Operations must be approved by the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority.
