JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose:
Oversee operations to ensure efficient service delivery, business growth, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop operational strategies for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Underwriting, Claims, Provider Relations, Care Management, and IT Operations.
- Lead budgeting and strategic financial planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- CII/Diploma in Insurance Qualification or equivalent.
- 10+ years in operations management (healthcare/insurance preferred).
Work Hours: 8
