JOB DETAILS:
• Minimum Qualifications:
o Diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD).
o A Degree in Special Needs Education is an added advantage.
o Minimum 5 years of experience in managing preschool operations or in a leadership role.

• Responsibilities:
o Oversee the overall management and operations of the preschool.
o Develop and implement a holistic curriculum for early childhood education.
o Monitor and evaluate teachers’ performance to ensure high-quality education delivery.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to preschool staff.
o Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children’s development.
o Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, policies, and safety standards.
o Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners.
o Manage the preschool budget, resources, and logistics.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
