Job Summary: The position holder will support the Student Affairs Coordinator in ensuring the effective management and daily supervision of student hostels. The role entails overseeing students’ residential facilities to maintain order, safety, and well-being. Additionally, the Warden will assist in monitoring the catering services to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate meals for students.

Job related Requirement:

    • The position holder must be willing to reside at the assigned student residential facility.

Education and Aptitude:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Hospitality Management, Psychology Or Counseling, Public Administration.
    • A Diploma with relevant experience may be considered in special cases.

 Desirable Additional training and skills

    • Training in guidance and counseling, conflict resolution, or student affairs management is an added advantage.
    • Basic training or certification in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency response is desirable.
    • Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Experience

    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing student accommodation or youth welfare programs.
    • Experience in a similar role in a Higher Education Institution, school, or boarding facility.
    • Experience in coordinating student services, events, or support systems.
    • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within residential or institutional settings is a strong advantage.
