Hugamara Group is looking for Hostesses to manage guest reception, coordinate seating, and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests professionally, manage reservations, and efficiently handle guest seating and waiting lists.
• Coordinate guest flow with service teams and respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in reception areas and ensure professional grooming and presentation at all times.
• Support overall customer experience initiatives and assist in maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Care, or a related field (an added advantage).
• 1 - 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly professional appearance and customer-service orientation!
