Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced House Chef to prepare high-quality meals for a private household. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, creativity in meal planning, and the ability to cater to dietary preferences or restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious and delicious meals daily.
- Adapt menus to accommodate dietary needs (e.g., allergies, vegetarian, keto).
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage.
- Manage grocery shopping and inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Prepare meals for special occasions or events as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a private chef, household cook, or in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines (local/international).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Discretion and respect for privacy in a household setting.
Preferred (Optional):
- Culinary certification or formal training.
- Experience in meal planning for health-conscious individuals.
